Return Policy
Our return policy lasts for one month from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.
Eligibility for Returns

Opening Box Video: Customers must provide an unboxing video shot at the time of delivery, clearly showing the package being opened for the first time.
Manufacturing Defect: The product must have a manufacturing defect as demonstrated in the unboxing video.
Original Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and tags intact.
Return Shipping Charges: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges from the shipping address to our origin and back from the origin to the shipping address for the exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Customized Items: Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If your return meets the eligibility criteria, we will process an exchange for the same item. Here’s how the process works:

Approval: Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Shipping Instructions: If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. You will need to pay for the return shipping charges.
Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send out the replacement product to your shipping address.
No Refunds
Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Our policy is strictly limited to exchanges for eligible returns.
